We only offer exchanges or replacements for products that arrive damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the damage

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After review and approval, we will send a replacement or exchange for the same item.

Please note:

• Proof of damage is required

• We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind

• Exchanges are available only for damaged products
